Haircut :)

Hello :)
I got a hair cut yesterday and I loooovve it. It is shoulder length and a million times healthier. Now I am going to try to grow it out so that I can get it back to my natural hair color...we'll see how that goes.
I am heading back to work tomorrow after a 5-day break, say it ain't so. :( I would much rather stay inside where it is warm and cozy with my Cooper and Darth Vader snuggling up to me. I know with this being the first week of the semester that I will be crazy busy with getting everything ready for the 60 nursing students that are starting their LPN or RN journey. Which entails printing syllabi, passing out a million and one books, and making sure that we have their schedules correct. So I am hoping that I will be able to blog some of my progress with my working out. If I am not exhausted from work.

My 1st blog....Evvveerrrr :)

Okay, so the time is.... (late) and I am starting a new year's resolution of blogging. Which for me is rather odd because I can't even remember to take medication or eat breakfast daily let alone sit down and write down events in my life. But I think that being able to write things down and have them for the world (or some unfortunate soul who happens upon my blog) to see and it gives me a sense that I am not alone and if I make a promise to do something that it needs to be done, or the internet Gods will delete my beloved Facebook or worse kill all of my Fish in Fishville :(. So today starts a day in which I hope to type the "Mobley Moments" that I deem necessary for the world to see. :) To start things out I wanted to introduce myself, My name is Jessica Renee Mobley and I am 24 years of age. I live in Akron, Ohio (Springfield/Lakemore area) with my husband Joe, Boston Terrier Cooper, and cat Darth Vadar. (otherwise known as Mow-Mow) We just moved into a beautiful house in late July of 2009 and we are working on renovating and making it our own. My husband Joe and I met at Manchester High school and started dating August 3, 2002 and were married August 8, 2008. One of the main reasons that I am starting this blog is so that I can have my own motivation to have accountability for things that I have been putting off in the past few years. In 2006, I was diagnosed with Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, which causes many horrible symptoms that I will not go into detail about. But the two main symptoms that are worrying me is the fact that my husband and I have been unable to conceive, and that I have gained approximately 100 pounds in the last 3 1/2 years. I have become so defeated by this disease that I think that 2010 is the year for me to jump start my efforts, lose this weight, and start the family that I know that we deserve. My wonderful husband is very supportive and knows that I can do this. He purchased a treadmill for Christmas and I am hoping to make sure that I use it enough that he might have to buy me a new one for next Christmas lol. So far I have used it twice for an hour each time. I am not up to running yet, but I am quite happy with just walking and watching my TV shows on my laptop. :) I am planning on getting my hair cut, and dyed tomorrow, and getting a tanning package. Maybe with a little self-confidence I can make sure to get rid of this weight and get back to the doctor's to conceive our first child!!! :) Wish me luck with my haircut and I will be back in a Mobley Moment. lol.
